Philippine Vegetables
and others used in Pilipino dishes

This is a collection of all vegetables found in the Philippines, at least, the ones I know.
The order of the names is [Ilonggo] [Cebuano] [Tagalog] [English] and
[Traditional Chinese]. If the names are the same, I just lumped them into one.

Enjoy!

Bahay Kubo (Nipa Hut)

Bahay kubo, kahit munti
Ang halaman doon ay sari-sari.
Singkamas at talong, sigarilyas at mani
Sitaw, bataw, patani.

Kundol, patola, upo’t kalabasa
At saka mayroon pang labanos, mustasa,
sibuyas, kamatis, bawang at luya
sa paligid-ligid ay puro linga.
